Talking to Your Child About Mental Health
Everyone has mental health, and it is an important part of anyone’s life. As parents or caregivers, it is beneficial to talk to your children about mental health just as you would about physical health on a regular basis. Below you will find some great resources on how to talk to your child about mental health, especially if you are concerned about them.
