GRADES 8-12

Teens Corner

Welcome to the Student Mental Health Toolkit

The Stigma-Free Mental Health Society is a Canadian Charity registered since 2010 and our mission is to educate and support young people in their mental wellness journeys. We believe that mental health education should be integrated into all classrooms and we are extremely excited to share our new Online Student Mental Health Toolkit to make this goal a reality. Our Toolkit program is made for youth, educators, school counsellors, and parents/guardians, who want to teach and promote mental wellness for Grades 4-7 and 8-12.

In our virtual Toolkit, educators and school counsellors can share documentary videos, mental health topics and personal stories along with interactive components for youth in their classrooms, or at home.

The Student Mental Health Toolkit also contains Mental Wellness Lesson Plans that align with the B.C. curriculum guidelines, section on Diverse-ability and Inclusion, engaging and educational animated videos and comics, specialized section devoted to Parents, Guardians and Caregivers and much MUCH more!

We look forward to your feedback as you navigate through our site – your opinion matters to us and we look forward to working with you.

Thank you for visiting!
