Foundry BC offers free counselling through their virtual app for young people ages 12-24 and their caregivers.

MindYourMind offers interactive tools and resources designed to support the mental health of young people ages 14-29.

 An app provided by the Recovery Warriors and recommended by mindcheck.ca for youth struggling with food, dieting, exercise, and body image.
