Online chat available from noon to 1am in BC and the Yukon. Their website also provides links to further resources on issues including bullying, eating disorders, and self-harm.

Youth Resource Directory

This Youth Resource Directory, created by the Government of BC and the BC Medical Association outlines resources that children can access if they need help now or they need someone to talk to. It also includes medical services, substance use services and apps, specifically for young people.

Dolphin KidsTM

This online educational resource harnesses the power of play to promote social and emotional learning. Programs include camps and youth-friendly counselling services. Available in English, Mandarin, Korean, and Punjabi.

Sparky App

Backed by the work of leading psychiatrist Dr. Shimi Kang, the SparkyApp is a fun, kid-friendly app introducing tools to achieve greater mental health, resilience, connection, and adaptability.

Dreamy Kid App

Dreamy Kid is a free app with meditation, visualization, and affirmations designed specifically for children. A few minutes a day is all it takes promote healthier and happier lives for children. Developed for ages 3-17.

MIND Game

This interactive trivia game focuses on mental health, stress, and coping strategies. Participants choose an avatar and navigate their way down a mountain as they learn about these topics. Available in English, French, and Punjabi.
